The final episode of *Between Grains and Hearts* takes us into the very heart of our mill: the people.  
Collaborators who have been by our side since the beginning, sharing with us the same passion, reliability, and commitment.

The "song" of the mill isn’t made of words—it’s made of gestures, mutual understanding, shared coffees, and common goals.  
A daily harmony rooted in sincerity and a deeply familiar spirit.

As Maria and Pasquale share, this sense of teamwork was born from their family values and deep respect for the land that feeds us.

*The song of the mill* is what keeps us moving forward, united in purpose.
